Mickie Service manages the job-specific permitting on most of the Site Utility work we perform. Our standard scope of permitting work includes the collection and submission of the documents required by the applicable permitting entity. Where applicable - we will assist with the generation/correction of those documents as well.

Standard 

Base Permitting

  • Provide COH job-specific document & process requirements – including MSC “generally provided by” summary
  • Host one conference call to review COH documents and process
  • Provide/Identify additional accounts on the property based on the info provided/COH review (this is not guaranteed to be exhaustive/complete)
  • Send “Have/Need” List weekly
  • Review documents as received for accuracy (1 review/document)
  • Generate Large Job Number Request Sheet (when all source documents available/correct)
  • Submit Easement Document (1 submission)
  • Provide Applicable Contractor Bonds
  • Submit Complete Document Package (1 submission)
  • Provide WNS # for Payment

Fee Permitting Services

@ $150.00 per hour

  • Generation of Commercial Application (when all source documents available/correct)
  • Additional COH Visits/Submissions for revisions/corrections
  • Additional Document review
  • Document Pick-Up
  • Payment of Fees/Deposits (customer to pay MSC in advance)
  • Make Contract (Account Set-Up)
  • Additional Meter/CPA permitting (if additional accounts located during set-up process)
  • Update/Generation of WCR (when all source documents available/correct, this is not guaranteed that the COH will accept)
  • Update/Generation of Site Utility Plan (when all source documents available/correct, this is not guaranteed that the COH will accept)
  • Joint Calls to assist with HCAD, EIN or other owner specific documents
  • Engineering/Code Review, Correction, and Discussion
