This Privacy Policy explains how Mickie Service Company, Inc. (“Mickie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website and its contact options.

This policy does not cover every activity of other companies within the Industrial Specialty Services (ISS) network. Employment records and information handled under separate customer agreements may be subject to additional notices or requirements.

We may receive the following information:

• Contact and business information: Your name, email address, phone number, employer, job title, and other details you provide when contacting us.
• Inquiry and project information: Messages, correspondence, project locations, operating conditions, documents, and other materials you choose to share by email. Please provide only information you are authorized to share.
• Chat information: Messages and conversation history entered into Ask Mickie, the page you are viewing, a session identifier, and project details used to prepare a brief.
• Technical and analytics information: Your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and error or security information. Google Analytics measures website visits and interactions. The chat service also uses IP addresses to limit abusive requests.

This information comes from you, your browser or device, and service providers that operate the website or deliver your communications.

We may use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate potential work.
• Prepare requested communications and project briefs.
• Measure website use and interactions.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.
• Prevent misuse and address security concerns.

Chat information is used to generate automated responses and prepare project briefs.

Ask Mickie is an automated assistant. It is not a private consultation with a Mickie employee. Messages and conversation context are sent to the chat service and may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI or Cerebras.

Do not enter passwords, payment information, government identifiers, confidential drawings, or sensitive operational or personal information into the chat. Provider processing and retention depend on the applicable service arrangements. Information may be processed outside your browser.

Ask Mickie stores conversation history in your browser’s session storage so it remains available as you move between pages during that session. Browser settings and session restoration may affect how long this information remains available. Clearing the website’s browser storage removes the local copy but does not delete information already processed by service providers or sent by email.

When you prepare a project brief, it opens in your email application for you to review and send. The website does not automatically email your chat or brief to Mickie. Sending the email is a separate action, after which it becomes correspondence with the recipients.

Cloudflare serves the website and chat service. Google Analytics measures website use on www.mickieservices.com. We exclude URL query strings from the page and referrer addresses sent to Google Analytics.

Some pages include YouTube videos or Google Maps. These providers receive requests from your browser and may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.

You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings and use privacy controls offered by the relevant providers. Blocking storage or third-party content may affect chat, maps, or videos.

This website does not currently provide a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. Do Not Track is distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals. Nothing in this policy limits rights available to you under applicable law.

How long information is retained depends on the type of information, why it was provided, the status of an inquiry or business relationship, service provider arrangements, and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements.

You may contact us about information associated with your inquiry or request deletion where applicable.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the contact information below to report a privacy concern, and do not send sensitive materials through ordinary chat or email.

Mickie is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations. This policy does not guarantee that all processing occurs within a single country.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

This is an industrial business website and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the website.
